Exceptional service. I phoned GMG at 8.30 on a Friday evening (after another company had let me down) and they had a cleaner at the property at 9.30 the following day. Not only was the work done to a high standard, the cleaner noticed that other areas not included in the scope of work also needed cleaning and these were done at no extra cost. I shall, without doubt, use GMG again.

GMG Property Services were recommended to me by a letting agent. I had to arrange my own end of tenancy clean and so I contacted them directly. I found them to be very friendly and professional. The team arrived on time as agreed and began explaining what their job entailed. The carpets were steam cleaned and left to dry all within an hour and a half. Overall I am very pleased with their service and will recommend to anyone looking for a reputable and reliable cleaning company.

I have now used GMG for the second time on 2 of my rented properties. Very reliable company, honest people, they do the job very quickly and at a professional standard unlike many other cleaning companies that do not deliver what they promise they would (a company that was previously recommended to me by an agent), left me out of pocket as had to pay twice. This company will not let you down, they are available on last minute and do a great job, very pleased with their work.

They did a fantastic job, and we received perfect deep cleaning in our house. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone who is looking for end of tenancy cleaning. On the cleaning itself, the cleaning lady did an extremely thorough job focusing on the smallest detail. My landlord is extremely picky about the cleanliness of the house, when he visited the house he said the quality of their work is fantastic and something he has not seen to be done by other cleaning companies. The service was priced reasonably. It was also great to be able to support a small local business. We'll definitely be giving GMG Property Services a call when we move out of our new property.
