Who We Are

Expert Property Inventories. Professional Protection.

Inventory Bee was founded by an ARLA Qualified and Member of Propertymark Senior Property Manager with a deep understanding of the industry’s inner workings. Having sat on both sides of the desk - as a Property Manager and an Agent - we realised that most inventory reports lacked the specific detail and legal robustness needed to truly protect a Landlord's investment or a tenant’s deposit.

We didn't just want to create checklists; we wanted to create evidence. Today, Inventory Bee is a trusted, independent partner for Landlords and Managing Agents across London and the surrounding areas, providing the clarity and transparency required to make property management stress-free.

What We Do

At Inventory Bee, we take pride in providing a professional inventory checking service to Landlords and Managing Agents. We recognise the importance of being available to help with any last-minute emergencies or requests. Our bespoke service is customised to meet your specific needs, ensuring a tailored experience that works best for you.

Our Services

Inventory Check-In

Conducting pre-tenancy checks at the beginning of a tenancy is crucial for documenting and photographing the condition of the property, including its fixtures, fittings, and overall cleanliness. This documentation is essential!

Schedule of Condition

This comprehensive report covers various aspects of the inventory checking process, offering a detailed analysis of the property. It includes information on fixtures and fittings, the location of alarms, meter readings, keys, and more.

Mid-Term Inspection

Checking the condition of the property during the tenancy is vitally important as it would enable you to carry out repairs early on before they escalate. It will also indicate how the tenants are maintaining the property some after moving in.

Check-Out

Finalising the tenancy is the second most important document you would need to cross reference any discrepancies against the inventory but most importantly enable you to make deductions from the tenants deposit.
