Cleaning materials and equipment are provided by us at no extra cost unless requested differently by the client.

The above prices include cleaning of one bathroom only. Additional rooms and bathrooms/WC’s are charged as per below:

Internal windows are cleaned as part of the professional clean. There is an additional charge for cleaning external windows.
Please note, the prices for End of Tenancy cleaning may vary according to the job – i.e. the size of your property, the condition it is in/level of cleaning required, number of bathrooms/WC's as well as if any specific areas will require to be cleaned. Therefore please be advised that additional charges may be incurred upon commencement of the clean and time spent in the property
Light Clean does not include cleaning of the Oven, Fridge/Freezer or inside of Kitchen Cupboards
Please note, our prices include cleaning of one single oven, hob and the original racks and grill pans in the oven only. Any additional ovens and fixtures will incur extra charges.
