We understand the importance of being on hand to assist with any last minute emergencies or requests. We provide a bespoke service that caters to the individual, thus, we will tailor our service to best suit your needs.


Our Services

Inventory Check-In


Carrying out pre-tenancy checks at the start of the tenancy to document and photograph the condition of the property and it's fixtures and fittings along with its cleanliness. This is a very important document!


Schedule of Condition


This is a more thorough report that includes many aspects of the inventory checking process and will provide a detailed analysis of the property to include its fixtures and fittings, location of alarms, meter readings, keys etc.


Mid-Term Inspection


Checking the condition of the property during the tenancy is vitally important as it would enable you to carry out repairs early on before they escalate. It will also indicate how the tenants are maintaining the property some after moving in.


Check-Out


Finalising the tenancy is the second most important document you would need to cross reference any discrepancies against the inventory but most importantly enable you to make deductions from the tenants deposit.
