• when you enter into a contract as a Landlord or Tenant;

The data that we collect from you is kept within our database. The processing of your booking, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services are managed by our staff. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our website for the purpose of rescheduling or cancelling any appointments you have already booked with us, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

All payments made through via our mobile terminal or over the phone are encrypted using the most powerful technology. We do not store any of your credit or debit card details in connection with your payment.

• third parties for lettings including but not limited to tenant referencing agencies, landlords, contractors and property maintenance services, gas and electrical contractors, utility companies and insurance providers;
