Pre and End of Tenancy Clean
We understand that the process of moving out can be stressful for tenants. Our goal is to assist them and simplify the end-of-tenancy process. With our extensive experience in the rental industry, we are well-versed in the requirements for end-of-tenancy cleaning and take extra steps to help tenants secure a full return of their deposit.
Our cleaning service includes a thorough deep clean of the kitchen, covering areas such as the inside of the oven, extractor fan (including removal of burnt-on food and grease), fridge, microwave, and kitchen cupboards. We also perform a comprehensive clean of the bathroom, addressing lime scale and mould (where possible), as well as cleaning windows and skirting boards to ensure the property shines from every angle. For laminated or tiled floors, we use a steam cleaner for a more hygienic result compared to traditional mopping.
Note: To schedule a pre/end-of-tenancy clean, the property must be cleared of personal belongings, and all tenants must vacate. If it's not possible to remove items right away, please pack them and stack them in one area, and our cleaners will take care of the rest.

Once a cleaner is assigned to your property, you will have the same experienced cleaner throughout the duration of your contract. This continuity ensures that your cleaner is familiar with your specific requirements and knows exactly what needs to be done.
